Dick Stewart reports that Membership now stands at 177. He also said that all Park Stickers order through the Club have been handed out or mailed. Contact Dick if you paid the Club for a park sticker but have not received it. The requirement to display park stickers on your vehicles is effective beginning May 1st.

Work Party Volunteers Needed

Saturday, April 17, has been slated for a Club work party to open up the trails running through the woods. These trails are needed in order to retrieve aircraft that come down in the trees. The work party will move fallen branches to the side and clear encroaching brush. This activity will begin at 9 am, weather and ground conditions permitting. We need as many volunteers as possible. Bring your brush-clearing implements. For further information please contact Brian Pasternak.

Helicopter Event Has New Name

The helicopter fun fly committee has chosen a new name for their annual event. In previous years the event had been called Hirobo Cup East due to its sponsorship by Altech, the manufacturer of Hirobo helicopters. Altech has advised the Club that it will not be sponsoring events this year. The new name for this event will be Helis Over Delaware. Join us for all the fun July 23-25th!

Help Us Keep You Up To Date

In order to keep all our members informed of all Club news, it is crucial that the Club remain informed of all changes to our members’ contact information. Please send all changes of address and phone numbers to our Treasurer, Dick Stewart (302-368-2911 or BALTICPLY@aol.com). E-mail address changes should be sent to John Kirchstein (jakirchstein@comcast.net) and Carl Hauger (cewhauger@yahoo.com). Members who have Internet access can also make changes through the Club website. Contact Carl Hauger to obtain access information and your password.
